
I saw the hashtag trending on Twitter and said to myself, “I’m on it” because I need a small loaf of this dough type for a requested ‘nother batch of Orange Bread Pudding* next week along with a walk this afternoon after the rolls come out of the oven.
Two types today, both using the spreadable cinnamon goo on the rolled out batter but six in a muffin pan with a few pecans and the rest merely with gooey caramel.
Recipe for the cinnamon spread: 1/3 cup soft butter, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup white sugar, 2 tablespoons warm milk/half-n-half-canned milk (your choice), 1 tablespoon cinnamon. Stir it well into a paste for spreading on dough, toast or English muffins.
