One of my nieces and one of my grandnieces had birthdays in February, so I made and mailed three kinds of my newest cookies to them, then sent an Instagram message to check their mailbox after USPS Priority Mail confirmed delivery. I sent the previous browned butter experiment with the dark chocolate chips and chopped Heath Bars, these brand new Snicks and a brand new peanut butter chew which will be subject of its own post. What cookie lover wouldn’t like a sweet birthday trio like this?
