Egg Sandwich and Art

When the only thing being prepared in the kitchen is an egg sandwich, is it truly necessary to write a post about it in order to avoid WordPress’s nagging “It’s been six days since you posted ?” Is the artful photo of this egg so eye-catching that a reader will recommend it to friends? Link to it? Has the ordinary egg sandwich been left out of food blogger coverage? Is my version so original that it is worthy of its own post? It’s made with untoasted bread, a teeny bit of butter on the bread, an egg poked in the middle and fried until it’s rubbery. It’s best eaten warm. Breakfast, lunch, dinner.
