Today in Seattle is Eid al-Fitr, the last day of Ramadan in 2023. To celebrate, I baked these special cookies for the children of the manager here at the Manor along with my wishes for a Happy and Blessed Eid. In Arabic, the phrase is Eid Mubarak.
