As I recently posted on my Instagram, I got out my hammer to smash some Heath Bars and make the third cookie in a cookie trio I’ve named Heath Bar Delicioso. This cookie recipe is loosely based on what’s commonly known as Chocolate Silk Pie. Why loosely? Lots of mixing of sugar, butter and melted chocolate along with the other ingredients in my Chews line.
I will sometimes make them without the toffee chunks and they’ll merely be Chocolate Silk Chews.
