Sourdough French Toast with Real Maple Butter


Umm, good. My friend Jean gave me that jar of Parker’s Maple Butter last year. Usually I take maple butter or maple cream at Christmastime and make it into a lovely cooked maple and pecan fudge. Last Christmas I didn’t do that because my daughter took me on holiday to help break me of my three-day blitz of over-baking and over-candy-making habit during the holiday season. Today I discovered that jar in the fridge when I was contemplating breakfast ideas. Mmm-mmm and along with some Formula 1 Bahrain practice on the DVR.
