This is not a new cookie, but a revision to one I invented last Christmas when I decided to change up the color of the sprinkles for Pride. So it’s still a snick with vanilla chips and essence of cotton candy but with rainbow sprinkles. Same deliciousness. Different sprinkles. Different occasion. Since I wasn’t able to post at Christmas, there was no photo, so I’ve fixed that. Here they are, looking very jolly.
